About
Peter Skwiot Smith is a Minnesota-based artist & designer. The works collected in Forms&Shapes are fueled by a life-long love of music—attempting to capture the moments, emotions & visions from live experiences and recorded works. Unable to actually play any instruments, Forms&Shapes puts on display his efforts to contribute to a medium he loves so much—and in the process record those in-between moments & now-fading memories.
Peter’s work has been featured on works by and for Brock Van Wey, A Strangely Isolated Place, Dusky, and Argot.
The title of this project is taken from Sascha Funke’s 2003 track, Forms & Shapes. Works shown here are almost entirely mocked up in materials created by BLKMARKET© and Layers Design.
